First select concerned District, Tehsil and Sub Registrar.
Enter the 10 digit of your Mobile Number. This mobile number can be used to send important information related to document registration.
Password should be at least 08 digits and maximum of 12 digits. It is mandatory to have one English capitol letter, one English small letter,one special character and one digit. For special characters, one of the @, #, * or $ can be selected.
Please note down the password you have filled up for future refrence. It has an essential role in further action / entry.
The application form will be filled in Hindi language, for this you can use Sanrachna Hindi Typing Tool , Google Indic Tool or any other Unicode-enabled Hindi typing tool or use the given Hindi keyboard.
Before applying for document registration, the deed will be prepared by the document writer, legal practitioner, self, etc. The signatures of all the parties and the witnesses will be done as per the rules.
After completion of the document and online application, the original identity card and residence proof shall be produced to the concerned Sub Registrar Office.
