Certificate of Registered Document Online application for Certified copy of Registered Documents.

As per provisions of Section 57 of Registration Act 1908 and Rule 328 of Registration Manual, online and manual application in office can be presented for Certified copies of Registered Documents and the same can be obtained from the concerned Sub-Registrar office on payment of prescribed application fee of Rs 1 per page and in the multiples of Rs 10.
Certified Copies of documents relating to immovable property can be obtained by any person applying for such copies, but Certified copies of Wills and other miscellaneous documents shall be given only to the person executing or claiming under the documents, or to his agent or representative.
